Nico Di Angelo, born 15 years before the start of WWII, enlists in the war and joins American troops. During his training he happens upon a super soldier, someone named Steve Rogers. Becoming part of his team, they fight together to win the war, but soon after Steve becomes trapped in the ice, Nico and his sister, Bianca, who had been serving as a battlefield nurse, get trapped in someplace called the Lotus Casino, and their stories are history.
But then a monster that people thought only existed in the past turns up, and Nico runs into someone he thought died long ago.
