Of Heavens and Flame

Lucy, the diligent school girl and daughter of a rich family, runs away from home when her father announces she is to be married off to a rich estate owner. She runs, not knowing where to go or who to turn to until she runs into a stray cat in a downtown alleyway. Stopping to feed it, she meets its owner: a daunting man with ridiculously pink hair and a matching goofy personality.

Natsu, the brawns of Fairy Tail, finds a very weird girl in an alley trying to feed his cat. He discovers she's in need of a job and a place to stay, so Natsu recruits her into Fairy Tail, the company that takes people's requests and odd jobs and tries to make them come true. Becoming partners on the job, Natsu and Lucy begin to fall head over heels for each other, but will Lucy be able to escape her unforgiving father and entitled suiter? Will her new life and new friends be able to pull her from the dark past that won't rest in hunting her down?
