Masked men

It has been 3 days since the Capitol captured me, when I shot that arrow into the force field. Me along with Finnick. We are both going crazy. I sit here in my cell counting every second of every hour of every day, all the while picturing Peeta's face and Prim's, my mother's and Gale's. The four most important people in my life.

Finnick's cell is right beside mine. His screams at night haunt me. The wierd thing is when the masked men come around to torture us for information, there is no screaming. Only gritted teeth and glaring eyes. I watch from a little hole in my cell wall. I only watch for a second before I turn away, my hands over my ears and humming a song my father taught me when I was little.

In my nightmares, it's always the same 3 dreams. The most common one is Peeta. Peeta coming to rescue me and just when I'm about to reach his fingers, take his hand, he slips from my grasp and is taken away. President Snow's laughter is all I hear after that.
