It has been 3 days since the Capitol captured me, when I shot that arrow into the force field. Me along with Finnick. We are both going crazy. I sit here in my cell counting every second of every hour of every day, all the while picturing Peeta's face and Prim's, my mother's and Gale's. The four most important people in my life. Finnick's cell is right beside mine. His screams at night haunt me. The wierd thing is when the masked men come around to torture us for information, there is no screaming. Only gritted teeth and glaring eyes. I watch from a little hole in my cell wall. I only watch for a second before I turn away, my hands over my ears and humming a song my father taught me when I was little. In my nightmares, it's always the same 3 dreams. The most common one is Peeta. Peeta coming to rescue me and just when I'm about to reach his fingers, take his hand, he slips from my grasp and is taken away. President Snow's laughter is all I hear after that. Comment for the rest!

"How can you not see how I feel about you," Finnick shouted desperately, his green orbs boring into Kaianna's longingly, "after everything we've been through! Do you really not know?" Kaianna shook her head, in a way begging him to take it back. But, he wouldn't. Finnick wouldn't take it back, and he didn't care the cost. Not in the way she did. Not anymore. "Do you really think I don't," She cried, frustrated at the man's poor timing, "I can't love you Finnick-" "Because you're scared," He retorted loudly, "why are you so scared?" "Why are you so not," Kaianna's voice finally cracked, shocking Finnick to his core. He had never seen the girl cry, and now he was the sole reason for it, "loving you, will only make it harder to let you go." "Then love me anyway," Finnick shrugged, as if following the suggestion would be the easiest in the world. To him it was, "just love me anyway, and then you'll never have to let me go."
