Soul Hunters were created to protect human souls from the destruction of demons and Soul Wraiths.
Wraiths were Hunters that became corrupted, and slaughter unfortunate Hunters while they are too distracted fighting demons to protect themselves.
The only problem, aside from the danger and risk of death on the job, is that Hunters are getting harder to come by in highly populated areas, were they are needed most.
Aiden Jacobs is the son of a powerful Hunter, who is the second in command of the Soul Society, the largest group of Soul Hunters on the continent.
Aiden and his father are the best team that the Soul Society has seen for two hundred years, and the two cannot be separated by any foe.
What will happen when a secret band of Soul Wraiths, known as The Black, target the father and son?
Can they stay together and destroy the Wraiths?
