Fifteen-year-old Lucinda Emerson was well aware of the fact that she didn't take TIO down for good during her last treacherous journey. A human such as herself could only dream of defeating a supernatural entity as easily as she thought she did. Finally being able to move on and let go of the past felt relieving for her, but in exchange, she was forced to pretend like she and her friends weren't being watched. When Lucinda starts to see and hear things, she initially chooses to ignore it, blaming it on her own paranoia, but when she's forced onto a path she can't turn her back on, she has no choice but to confront the source of her problems once more in order to save the only place she could call home.
