Myra Kris, the eldest daughter of the King and Queen of the planet Ky'lora, is betrothed to Layken Ars, the crown prince of the planet Ro'tana, a man whose personality changes depending on the company he is in. In public he is a charming prince, devoted fiancé and ready to lead his home world into the future. In private however, his temper goes unchecked, and no amount of makeup or Bacta injections can fully disguise the distinct marks left on Myra's petite frame.
After a month of abuse from her fiancé and a surprising amount of apathy from her parents, Myra decided that she has had enough. On the eve of her wedding to Layken she make her escape, and flees off-world. Once her escape is discovered by her fiancé and his wealthy family, an extremely large bounty is leveled on Myra's return. This bounty leads to Myra's crossing paths with one of the best bounty hunters in the galaxy... The Mandalorian.

The Mandalorian hunter, Din Djarin, is known across the galaxy for his skilled ruthlessness as one of the best bounty hunters. His armored physic allows him the protection his profession often demands, as well as adding an air of mystery to the man underneath.
As with most bounty hunters, he doesn't ask questions about the being he is hunting, yet the woman he finds does stir up some questions.
Will this be just another routine job? Or will this frightened young woman stir something within the heart entombed in Beskar steel?

The Foundling
Din Djarin must defend the child against dark Force wielders who would gladly take the little one off his hands. He will have to decide whether to trust some new allies, for the safety of the child. Note: This was written before season 2 of The Mandalorian came out. I wanted to throw together some characters from different Star Wars series and see how they'd interact. Turns out, a couple of them did end up meeting. In this story, they get to go on a whole adventure. They learn some things about each other and about themselves along the way, which is often painful, but could create bonds of trust if that's what they choose. Getting into these characters' heads and exploring the Force and the galaxy far far away have been an amazing ride. I finished this story on May the 4th, 2020. Then later, my friends urged me to polish it up and put it out there. So here it is for anyone who would enjoy it! It's not meant to replace anything that's going on in the show (which has been amazing so far, by the way). It's just an exploration and speculation on these characters and their universe. This is a fanfiction. The universe, most of the characters, and most of the locales belong to Star Wars. If you search a character or planet on Wookieepedia and it comes up with nothing, chances are I made them up (because I checked, too, before I gave them names). However, they were sometimes partly inspired by existing characters or planets in Star Wars. My use of the mando'a language was inspired by its use in Karen Traviss's Republic Commando novels (which I highly recommend if you want to learn some things about Mandalorian culture . . . Reina Beckett is blind, but that doesn't necessarily means she can't see what or who is around her. She is a bounty hunter who agrees to take on a job with the notorious, but mysterious Mandalorian. Their motives and morals intertwine and Reina learns that the rumors she has heard about Mando do not compliment his good heart. Mando needs a guide to the Madlands, she needs a ride that can keep her one step ahead of the Ministry. ------ Set after The Mandalorian season two: Searching for his lost Tribe, Mando has followed hints of a trail all the way to the Madlands - a distant and notoriously difficult corner of the galaxy. Between the ever-shifting spatial anomalies and the sector's primary syndicate, he'll need a guide. He follows a lead to the Outer Rim where he crash lands on a strange jungle planet. After being rescued, his life is saved by a enigmatic woman with remarkable, yet familiar, healing powers. Born in 30 BBY, Nia Senn was a youngling at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant when Order 66 was initiated. After escaping the purge, she gets rescued by a Mandalorian. Years later, she tries to find her place in the galaxy while avoiding the remnants of the Empire. Secrecy and hiding is all she knows. Until she meets a mysteriously defiant Mandalorian who, like her, is also living a life of isolation and concealment. Secrets get revealed as two people, who have been alone most of their lives, are slowly drawn together as they discover similarities with each other. However, things heat up when Nia meets Din's friend who took over the crime syndicate on Tatooine, a man who also wears Mandalorian armor. {I don't work with Disney or LucasFilms.
