People theorize that the reason behind the disappearance of the hero's quirks is because of his own quirk but in reality, it's just because of the drug that he invented. He sometimes purposely mess up during his operations when he's handling a patient that is a hero making them paralyzed or in best cases dead. Just a lost tale
A quirk is just a quirk.. but what if said quirk makes you addicted to water? What if it makes you want to be in water the whole day and nothing more. Screw the land as the water would be all you need or so it felt like Izuku Midoriya. Then there was also the pure fact that everyone on land forgot about him including his very own mother... or so he thought. There was one person who didn't forget about him.
