True crime is something that fascinates thousands of people around the world. One of those people, happen to be Violet Evans. But True crime is much more entertaining when watching from a distance, rather than from your own neighborhood.
Violet Evans is a high school Junior, trying to focus on making new friends and doing well in school after moving to a new city. But those things take the back burner when a gruesome murder takes place in town. Can a group of high schoolers really solve the case of a potential serial killer before the police even can? Not likely, but they're sure as hell gonna try.
Authors note: Hello! This story is just for fun and I'll post chapters as I write them! I have no idea if anyone will even actually read this, but nevertheless, I'll work on it as often as I can. Thanks! :)

Its Leah again here to rant about how obsessed I am with the new kid from NYC. He has such a bad boy vibe, not to mention all the rumors floating around town about why he got sent here. We don't get a lot of excitement around here in this small town. I spend most of my time as a ball of anxiety, but painting helps. Leah doesn't know what to think as the town she knew as her home falls to shambles. Will she fall with the town or will she run away with the mystery man she has a secret obsession with.
