Too late...

Midoriya Izuku, a young, kind, hero in training, has unfortunately contracted Hanahaki, a disease caused by unrequited love.

Of course he questioned the constant puking of blood and petals at first, but doesn't want to be a burden so he only tells one person, Recovery Girl, who tells him that he needs to either 1, get the surgery, that just happens to remove all romantic AND platonic feelings for said person, or 2, confess to his crush and hope he feels the same.

But with that being said, he doesn't want to do either so that leads to it being too late to do either and he gets hospitalized from the loss of blood.

Now who could Izuku, or Deku, possibly have feelings for and who on the Gods green earth could NOT like him back? Kacchan, Bakugou Katsuki, a guy he's known since they were both toddlers.
