Caroline Forbes had spent the past few years of her life running. Running from the past. Running from the future she could possibly have if she stopped moving. Her past and future weren't the only things she was running from, though. The blonde somehow got herself onto her state's most wanted criminals list, and, of course, was found. While being shipped to a courthouse to go on trial, something completely unexpected and terrifying happened; her airplane crashed onto an uninhabited island with a crash. Enter Klaus Mikaelson. A damaged and handsome southern conman with just as heavy of a backstory as she had, he was on that very same airplane.
