Upon finding out about her father's promotion overseas in Florida, her life takes a wild turn, for better but also for worse. Now meet Brett, the guy who thinks he's a big bad boy, when really, he is the looks-like-a-tiger-but-is-actually-a-kitten type person. Typical, I know- the female protagonist of this strangely typical cliche story agrees. Put the two of them together, and what do you get?
