The Sarpa Argonians... A race if Argonian said to have wings like the mighty Dragons of old. Rare to find due to their seclusion and hatred for other Races they are never found outside of a specific region of Blackmarsh. All except for one female Sarpa who ventured from her homeland only to end within the clutches of Slavers where she is bound and used. Is there to be any hope for this Sarpa who's fate led her into the clutches of these Slavers, or has the Hist haven't forsaken her yet?
