Snapper, child of PaRappa, is the next newest, hippest, coolest rap sensation! But there's one problem, they have a crush! (wow Im so original)
Wishy Washy, (the crush) is the most prettiest . . . watering can ever! She just has horrible self esteem, so Snapper wants to help.
But, there's many obstacles they must face, like a gaurdian angel, a bartending squirrel, a  scary spider lady, and, like, two others I guess.
