The year is unknown, the place -in the outside world at least- is unknown. Crescentia is the magnificent underground city that sustains the life of two hundred and thousand human beings; centuries ago, magic started to dwell between the Star Chosen individuals. But the magic that is contained inside every and single individual capable of molding it must be awakened by making a contract with a demon.

Pandora is a non-Star chosen girl that lives amid the old and almost Crumbling part of Crescentia. On the day of the ritual to contract on the five chosen children, Pandora accidently performs the ritual and pacts a contract with Nocte, making her the sixth child.
Now Pandora a non-magic carrier has invoked the loyal and dutiful demon Nocte at her service.
*    *    *
But does she really not contain magic within her? How was she able to perform an exclusively ritual by her own means? And will it be a sin if she starts to harbor another kind of feelings towards the emotionless demon, Nocte?

Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?

Niccola is a demi-queen undercover in enemy territory. Her little sister went missing seven moons ago, but one lead remains: a picture of a woman's face, drawn by a diviner shortly after the disappearance. Tracking her down has led Niccola to Calis, the realm next door whose border with her own remains closed for a reason. There, the trail goes cold. Until, that is, Niccola runs into a man in the marketplace who bears a family resemblance to the woman she seeks. His name is Isaiah, crown prince of Calis, and he's investigating disappearances, too. They join forces, faking courtship to sneak Niccola into the palace and get Isaiah's wedding-minded mother off his back. It doesn't take long to suspect that a common threat might underpin both their realms' problems. And as Niccola begins to develop real feelings for Isaiah, she's faced with an impossible choice: reveal her secrets and risk breaking his trust, or leave him in order to chase down the woman who stole her sister... a woman whose forbidden magic comes with a cost that could bring both realms to ruin. ❖❖❖ Complete and fully edited. Children of the Slums

6 parts Complete

Underground from modern civilization is Pandora's slums, a hidden society built upon secrecy. Controlling this community are three underworld leaders known as district leaders. The district leaders run a small population under less than humane conditions, even more so if you're one of the cursed Aeon host. John Thanatos, the child who carries an ancient deity known as the god of death is one of them. Neglected, abused, and even taunted by citizens, John knows little about Pandora's purpose or how they've created Aeon host, nor does he care. But he'll soon learn. As he tries to make friends and find a place to call home, John will be pitted against other Aeon host, forcing him to question and even abandon the comforts he's built in order to ignore what he is... a death god. The test he'll endure, the hardships he'll face will only bring him closer to what he dreads about himself and others like him. An aimless existence as an Aeon host. A monster. But if that's true, why does Pandora hold them in the slums? Why can't they ever leave? As John is pressured to use his curse to do what he must, the mysteries of Pandora and himself will begin to unravel beyond his control.
