The Seventh Wave

Benjamin Hargrove's life was quite litteraly the definition of chaotic. It was always changing -and not necessarily for the better.

First, came his family's financial problems. The Hargrove family's money, as well as good reputation, was ripped away from them after a really unlucky night at the casino. (no thanks to Neil Hargrove)

Not long after, his father started drinking to rid himself of guilt (and that didn't help the family's financial state one bit). With Neil spending unhealthy amounts of money on alcohol and cigarettes, Meggy, Benj's mom, had to take extra shifts at the local hospital to make up for the loss of money.

Which meant that it was just Benj and Billy, two close-knitted brothers against the world. Billy was Benj's only constant in his life. Until he was no more. With the only person who was there for him hating him, Benj finds himself in a life he doesn't want to be in anymore.

That was until a fiery red head practically forced herself into his life and quickly became his favorite person in his small world.
