Beep beep beep beep! I rolled over in my warm bed and hit the snooze button on the alarm clock. stretching I picked up my phone from my nightstand and scroll through Tumblr for a while. Beep beep beep beep! I turned off my alarm clock then sat up in my bed and put on my fluffy white slippers then trudged over to the bathroom and washed my face. Feeling more awake I trotted down the stairs, suddenly the lights flickered, I paused and went back up to my room and grabbed a flashlight from my desk, just in case the lights went out. When I went down stairs the TV was left on from my mother, she had been watching the news. I walked into the kitchen and poured myself a bowl of Lucky Charms, then read the note that my mom had left for me on the fridge. “ good morning Audrey, wash the dishes and sweep today please.” When I was finished my cereal I washed all the dishes and then swept the house like I was asked. This was unusual, I was normally home alone for a few hours before my parents arrived. "That's weird, why is everyone home?" I asked out loud. It was more for me then anyone else. I woke up at six at night to a loud alarm I went to the computer and it flashed PLEASE EXIT THE BUILDING IN THE NEXT 5 minuets 37 seconds and it started counting down. The printer was printing off the file I grabbed it, yelled for the twins, and ran to the garage. I opened the garage door and pulled off the cover to reveal a navy-blue Chevy Silverado, but no keys I ran back in to the house and tore apart the bed room until I found them. The clock was at 2 minutes 15 seconds I found the twins asleep on the couch, so I flipped it "what the hell" Jazz screamed "we need to go" I yelled back shoving them to the garage. I jumped in to the front seat and started the engine we were a mile away when we heard the explosion. I guess this is my life now I thought looking at the rising ball of fire in the rear view.

I grunted slightly and swiftly grabbed my glasses, pushing my homework off of my chest and shoving my legs into a pair of skinny jeans. I grabbed my shirt and pulled it on, making sure the sleeves covered my hands so I'd have something to hold. I brushed my teeth while putting my things into my back pack and kissed my mother in a a family photo before darting out the front door, and spitting both my toothbrush and the left over bubbles in my mouth onto the grass, I'd have to pick it up later. I ran out to the mail box and waved good by to my horse Smokey's small grave stone, reaching the bus just in time. My day went by as usual. I barely got through most of my classes staying dead silent through out. People would try to interact with me but all I could do was grunt at them. If only I could actually say "Speech Impediment" maybe they would stop talking about me. Some how the usual group of jerks found out I was gay and told everyone. This life sucks. I got into fifth period and Mr. Schmidt looked at me. I froze, Oh hell no. I started to shake as he told me to read. I know he had a speech impediment too, but it was embarrassing to turn down such a request. "Read the next two pages" such an easy sounding task is it not?..... He stepped to me and I froze. Did I mention that my language arts teach was the most beautiful man on earth and his pink collard shirt was clingy?! I guess not. I wound up turning beet red and squeaking a bit before he tapped my desk and looked at me.
