The Scorpians, a cruel and ruthless gang in the Wild West, known for their bloody massacres and raids, are on their way to claiming all the gold mines in Arizona. The last town standing is Rockhill, Arizona. The Rockhill Brothers are eight brother orphans who have managed to defend their town successfully for five years. In the sixth year, the Scorpians ride the waves of a dust storm and take the heroes by surprise. The brothers fall at their hands and their town is captured.

No one knows the brothers had a trump card, however, their youngest sibling and only sister, Annabelle, whom they trained in their ways. She is taken captive by the Scorpions but quickly becomes "Annaconda" when she escapes a snake pit her captors threw her in, sets the snakes loose on the camp, and lights their camp on fire. Annaconda's fame spreads across the Wild West as an outlaw and prices are listed for her head. Revenge is the only thing on her horizon but fate requires her to put on the hero's mask.
