K had a fool proof plan.  She was going to kill herself.  She couldn't handle the pain anymore.  She wakes up a few days later in a hospital wondering what has happened to her.  She can't feel anything, and something's different.  She finds herself a machine, without memory as to how she got there.  And now, all she can ask herself is why she has become this.
