Need help finding a story

I can't find a Harry Potter story where the ministry and Hogwarts watches Harry's past. Where they watch Remus transform into a werewolf and the Minister decides to make sure that all werewolves are able to get wolfsbane every month. They also watch Harry being possessed then his parents come back. I don't know if the story is on here or archive of our own. I would really appreciate the help in finding the story.

A long, long time ago, twin sisters ruled the world. The queens Ravenna and Freya. Evil women with the powers of fire and ice. When they died, their spirits remained on earth, forced to travel among the living, yet unseen. Unfortunately for Azalea and Periwinkle Potter, on the night of their birth a rare star constellation enabled Freya and Ravenna to enter the Potter twins' bodies. For many years, these spirits are dormant, yet allow Azalea to wield the power of fire, while Periwinkle has the control over ice. The Potter twins have enough to deal with, since they are being labeled "The Twins Who Lived". How are they supposed to hide these powers from the watchful eyes of the Wizarding World and of their suspicious Potions Professor Severus Snape? There will be some creatures from Supernatural finding their way into the plot (if you don't know what Supernatural is, it's only the best series that ever existed). Finally Me (Rewrite)
Starts off just after Harry returns to the Dursleys for the summer after saving his godfather from a dementor's kiss. When Harry returned to the Dursleys he received a beating the first night back that was so bad that led to him seeing through all the Dark lord's memories. Around that same time, Sirius decides to share some information with Harry about his destiny. Along with sharing this information, he sends Harry the Potter family Grimoire and the Potter family amulet that was inside a trunk that his parent's made for Harry. After putting on the amulet Harry's looks change and all the blocks on him are destroyed. After being told his destiny and seeing through the Dark Lord's memories Harry starts reflecting on his life so far. As he reflects he can't help but wonder what his parents would think and say if they saw him. For years he had been pretending to be someone he was not, but now he finally had enough. He no longer would resend, Harry decides it is time to drop his mask completely and show who he really is completely. Now the real Harry is out and everything going to change. The Harry who returns to Hogwarts will not be the same one who left.
