I can't find a Harry Potter story where the ministry and Hogwarts watches Harry's past. Where they watch Remus transform into a werewolf and the Minister decides to make sure that all werewolves are able to get wolfsbane every month. They also watch Harry being possessed then his parents come back. I don't know if the story is on here or archive of our own.
