This is the retelling of the story of Jairus' Daughter from the gospels. It is written from the perspective of the little girl that Jesus raised. I wrote this for a school assignment and decided to edit and post it for the enjoyment of others.
Sorry for the crappy description, this is my first time posting a story. If y'all have any tips I would love to hear them.

Well, what would have made me leave my one month daughter in front of the orphanage door , as her mother what pushed me to the extent of leaving her,not being there to see her first sit,crawl,walk ,hear her say her first words hoping it would be related to me, hear her call out to me when she cried, stay up at night with her singing some lullaby,read her some stories, tell her that there was a prince charming who would love her as her father loved me but where was I , staying far away from her, God knows how terrible a mother I was leaving her without even looking back. The Y/N Saga (Epic the musical × Reader)
Seemingly a normal day, dreams are coming horrifyingly true and our dear Y/N doesn't seem to quite understand how in love the gods truly are with them yet. Will futures change and seasons die? Will our dear Y/Ns flower wilt or will they prevail, how about we see what this future entails? (Edit: did NOT mean to make that rhyme but wtv ig?) •°• I was feeling pretty silly fr fr, and ended up writing the first chapter during school and to be frank as soon as I realized how good of a story I was making I knew I had to put it on here! PS: My favorite Saga is the thunder Saga mostly because of the song called Thunder Bringer and it's really good, so are the animatics! Edit: I wasn't expecting it to blow up this much! °•°

Defying Fate
I read a Tumblr post while back about Odysseus meeting and adopting the prophet Cassandra, who had been cursed so that "Nobody would believe her." Of course, if he's going to adopt Cassandra, whom he never met in the original story... why not adopt the kid he was supposed to toss over a wall, and perhaps change the fate of what's supposed to happen along the way? But having a seer on board is not as helpful as I (or he) thought it would be... The goal is once again to keep everybody alive on the journey home, but the gods have different plans for Odysseus and his crew, and they may be bigger than one mortal man can handle. Disclaimer Disclaimer: the first few chapters are not accurate. I may update it in the future to be more accurate to the original myths, but this is an AU anyway, so, take it with its grain of salt. I'm just here to have fun.
Creator: Friend or Foe?
This story began as a NaNoWriMo 2012 work, with no planning, and even less idea of plot. I learned from that experience that I am not a 'pantser' -and spent about 20 painful months trying to turn my stream-of-consciousness 3-stories-in-one into one coherent novel, following the timeline and events in the Book of Genesis. I discovered that that is not a great way to build a plot. I ended after 5 more drafts, at about 60k words. There is another draft on my blog, slightly longer, a bit more experimental. Lost In The Mind of Me
Laid upon the pages of this book is a story. This is an autobiography. I struggled with writing this and, as you will soon understand, though I knew how to write it, writing it and thinking about it was difficult. I have not labeled the chapters in hopes that you will read all the way through. You may understand me a little more if you do so, but, on the same note, you may end up hating me. I do not know what your reaction will be, but I will allow your opinion of me. I give you full permission to judge me, only when you read everything.
