Taking the boy who was Crying he tried to calm little Izuku down, with a little bit of persuasion the boy opened up and soon told what happened, soon after, he adopted Izuku and treated him as his own son, he also trained the young lad at the US ARMY and become the youngest commander of team alpha (the highest rank just below the GENERAL) at age 15 and soon enough the General of the Army.
