April 2017 marks 20 years since Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad first made waves in the Personal Finance arena. It has since become the #1 Personal Finance book of all time... translated into dozens of languages and sold around the world. Rich Dad Poor Dad is Robert's story of growing up with two dads -- his real father and the father of his best friend, his rich dad -- and the ways in which both men shaped his thoughts about money and investing. The book explodes the myth that you need to earn a high income to be rich and explains the difference between working for money and having your money work for you. 20 Years... 20/20 Hindsight In the 20th Anniversary Edition of this classic, Robert offers an update on what we've seen over the past 20 years related to money, investing, and the global economy. Sidebars throughout the book will take readers "fast forward" -- from 1997 to today -- as Robert assesses how the principles taught by his rich dad have stood the test of time. In many ways, the messages of Rich Dad Poor Dad, messages that were criticized and challenged two decades ago, are more meaningful, relevant and important today than they were 20 years ago. As always, readers can expect that Robert will be candid, insightful... and continue to rock more than a few boats in his retrospective. Will there be a few surprises? Count on it. Rich Dad Poor Dad... * Explodes the myth that you need to earn a high income to become rich * Challenges the belief that your house is an asset * Shows parents why they can't rely on the school system to teach their kids about money * Defines once and for all an asset and a liability * Teaches you what to teach your kids about money for their future financial success

The choices we make in life can make or break us. However, some people make choices out of selfish reasons; not knowing their actions at the present time will have repercussions in the future. We are told not to worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow is not promised. That could be very well true. However, what if tomorrow is promised; how would you reexamine yesterday? What would you do differently today? How would you prepare for tomorrow? We are told to live for today, however, the question is-how many people live for "today?" If you are living for "today" at the end of the day, could you say you took care of all of your responsibilities? Each day has a purpose; each day creates a memory, and each day should be precious. Ask yourself-did you put your best foot forward? Or did you point fingers at everyone else instead of focusing on what you need to improve? The important question is: at the end of each day, are you satisfied with the decisions you've made? Dear Fathers of the Fatherless Children: Do you know your sons and daughters are AMAZING? They are full of life and they are truly a blessing. Your sons and daughters need you in their lives. Fathers of the fatherless children, your sons and daughters crave your presence and your support. They want you in their lives more than you will ever know. Fathers of the fatherless children, open your eyes and know your presence is very critical. Be your son's hero and let him know he can conquer the world. Be your daughter's first knight in shining armor. Be a part of your son's and daughter's success instead of their pain

Almost everyone on the planet is five times wealthier than their ancestors only 50 years ago. This astonishing phenomenon has also improved health, education, and longevity. The average life span increased from about 40 years to more than 80 and the average world income from less than $3 to more than $33 per person per day (and to $140 per day in some countries). The cause; an explosive growth in ideas and productivity. Of all work in 1850, 80% no longer exists. Think of electricity, railways, automobiles, aircraft, satellites, radio, telephones, cell (mobile) phones, TV, computers, the Internet and nuclear power. Today, each farmer in the USA feeds 300 people whereas 200 years ago 4 out of 5 Americans worked in agriculture. In 1900 farm workers were still 40% of the work force; while in 2016 they were less than 2%. Bill Gates and Paul Allen started the Microsoft Corporation in 1975 thereby creating three billionaires and about 12,000 millionaires among Microsoft employees. $1000 worth of Microsoft (MSFT) shares in 1986 were worth $2,800,000 in 2025. In 2016, shares of Nvidia (NVDA) were $1.32 adjusted for stock splits. In 2025 one share could be sold for $170. A $1000 investment in 2016 would have returned about $129,000 in 2025. Okay, so how do you start GETTING RICH? It is very simple. Few of us have the talent or tenacity to start a new business, but now it is easy to buy publicly traded shares of businesses that grow steadily and create wealth in the process. You might as well buy a small share and watch it grow. Get rich slowly by investing a regular amount of your income in a diverse range of companies and re-investing all interest, dividends and capital gains and holding for many years. You will first need to choose an on-line stock broker and set up an account. They all operate much like banks as they are legally required to know their clients and must report to government tax collectors on any income to your account.

"Having sex won't make me less mad at you," I reprimanded, knowing it didn't matter what I said because I wanted nothing more than for him to make love to me. I wanted to feel his hands in my hair, against my arms and legs, down my hips, the inside of my thighs, gently around my throat, toying with my lips. I needed him to understand and see every inch of my body and then to still crave it. I needed this to go right for once, just to prove to myself the first time wasn't how it's always going to be. "True," He murmured against my ear, sucking a tender spot on my neck, lapping at it as my arms circled his head, pulling at the brunette strands of hair. "But it'll make you appreciate me more." __________________________________ 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 was raised from the ground up knowing nothing but comparison and perfection. She compared herself to her successful parents, supermodel sister, and glamorous friends. Instead of love, she harbored a raging jealousy for nearly everyone in her life. It was a blinding emotion she learned to cope with by controlling whatever else she could, whether it was how much she spent in a day or how much she ate. 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 wouldn't know jealously if it ran him over with a semi-truck. What was there for him to be jealous of anyway? If he didn't have something, he could get it. If he didn't like something, it could be changed. How could he be jealous when he was the blueprint of what a man should be? In the eyes of the public, at least. Both with egos and problems towering upwards to the Heavens, Simone and Nicolas cross paths in the worst way possible for egomaniacs. An auction. {MAJOR TW !!! I was not a studious girl when I was forced into medical field because of my father who always expected the best from me. I didn't realize becoming doctor became so dear to me that it turned into a passion instead of a escape from my broken family and that's when I saw him again.. He made my heart beat a little faster but broke it just as everyone did and left me 5 years ago without any warning and stormed back in my life without one too. It was decided that i won't let him ruin me again but chip by chip the walls of my heart fell away seeing his efforts and that Infuritaingly handsome face. Should I let him in my life giving him a chance to prove himself? Or stick to the stereotype of "all men are same"? " I loved you" She whispers, the hand I'm holding cold against my skin. I stroke the skin with my thumb once, trying to get her eyes on me and then she looks at me. Hurt eyes look at me and in that moment I wanted her to look away because of the hurt evident in her eyes. After 4 years, seven days and something hours, she finally looked at me. "I know." I whisper back. "You still left me alone to fend for myself." My grip tightens on her hand. "I know. But I want to make things right. Do you think you can give me one chance?. " Ps: this story is of Isha mehra, sister of ishan, the main lead of my previous story, the setting of both the books is completely different and they are not interconnected. But if you want to have a better sense of characters that might be same as the previous book, you should read that first and then continue with this. But it can also be read as a standalone. Thank you for reading till here. Happy reading<3

About 1.5 billion years ago, the single-celled eukaryotes became the common ancestors of all multicellular plants, animals, and fungi. Fish evolved a primitive lung sac and four limbs, 350 million years ago, so they could crawl between fresh water swamps. About 250 million years ago, the ancestors of all mammals, were tiny nocturnal insectivores and, about 6 million years ago, we began walking on two legs. The most recent Ice Age (2.6 million to 12,000 years ago), severely reduced rainfall in Africa, where Homo habilis was evolving. In Homo erectus (1.9 to 0.5 million years ago), cranial capacity increased to between 850 and 1000 cm3 implying the phenomenal increase of 125,000 more neurons with each generation. Between 70 and 50 thousand years ago, Homo sapiens spread out from east Africa. Then, about 20,000 years ago, evolution made a sharp change in direction. After 250 million years, we ceased to be hunter gatherers. The Neolithic Revolution meant we could never go back. WHO THE HELL ARE WE? is a series of short books and videos describing the evolution of civilization. Almost everyone on the planet is five times wealthier than their ancestors only 50 years ago. This astonishing phenomenon has also improved health, education, and longevity. The cause; an explosive growth in ideas and productivity. It began when we learned to control fire, evolved articulate speech and stumbled onto the way to create infinite wealth; free trade. The discovery of agriculture made us richer but we also learned how to destroy wealth. Great civilization grew up but then disappeared leaving only incredible ruins and ideas. Later books detail some of the ideas and developments that increased the average life span from about 40 years to more than 80 and the average world income from less than $3 to more than $33 per person per day (and to $140 per day in some countries).
