Twelve unsuspecting people suddenly find themselves trapped in a mysterious facility without any windows or exits, with no knowledge of how they ended up there or why. Not long into their imprisonment, a masked individual informs them that they have been forced into a game known as the 'Fatal Frolic', where a set of harsh rules govern their every action, and breaking one of those rules means death. As the prisoners begin to uncover information regarding their situation, they discover contradictions, inconsistencies, and flat-out lies that simply do not add up to form a coherent picture. It is up to them to figure out just what happened to them, why they were there, and what was going on in the world outside... all while avoiding certain death at the hands of the mastermind.

"They called it evolution. But it was only destruction in disguise." Trapped inside an underground facility, a group of strangers wake up with numbers instead of names .... prisoners in a twisted experiment that claims to create the perfect human mind. The walls echo with screams. The air reeks of metal and blood. Every day, new tests begin... and someone doesn't make it out alive. Behind glass panels and iron doors, masked scientists watch... cold, silent and godlike while their "subjects" lose their sanity one by one. But when chaos erupts and the system breaks, the captives turn against their makers. Trust dies, alliances crumble and the thin line between human and monster begins to blur. . . They wanted control. What they created was chaos.
