Desperate times calls for desperate measures. With Earth turning into an intergalactic battle ground for the gods/aliens, S.H.I.E.L.D is forced to recruit the baddest and most dangerous group of people and one of those is the god of mischief himself, Loki.

Maya Petrova does not exist, well, not until she and her special abilities were exposed during the invasion in Manhattan. Three years since then, she had been in a run from the very group of people she helped; SHIELD. 
Finally caught by the A.I team themselves, Maya decides to give a 'helping hand'--she had to work side by side with Loki, and the secrets she'd rather keep hidden is exposed one after the other.

Peter (Spiderman) is spending his summer at the Tower, much to the dismay of Aunt May, who knows how dangerous this is, but does not know Loki has returned. Sam (Falcon) will follow Cap to the ends of the earth, but refuses to jump off the proverbial bridge just because Cap's doing it. Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story.
