In this novel, I will be exploring serious and potentially triggering topics such as depression, severe trauma, suicidal thoughts, and implied self-harm. I do not suggest reading this novel if you are sensitive to the following, as I intend to delve into these topics with depth. However, there will of course, be tooth-rotting fluff to make up for all of the angst. :)

Three years. It's been exactly three years since Sunny has moved from Faraway, and a year since new paths have been paved as adulthood welcomed him with (not-so) open arms and opportunities all around. Sunny has been somewhat able to re-assimilate himself back into society, and is about to enter his second year of university in a state of renewal with a new apartment. However, an unexpected wave of nostalgia hits him as he's unpacking his belongings. This drives Sunny to impulsively do the unforeseen. Reaching out to Basil. Will this decision withdraw him from the amount of mental progress he has made throughout the years? Or will he be met with comfort and closure.. maybe even accumulating romantic feelings he has yet to find out for himself.

Basically a book about two traumatized boys in the process of healing and finding comfort in one another. Yes they are in therapy, and yes they are in love. Also, there will be Kel, Hero and Aubrey involved too.
