The Lycan

Tales tell of a race of beasts that live in human form. These beasts are known as werewolves, but they call themselves Lycan. The Lycan lived a life of seclusion from human. They lived as hermits, crazed hunters, excessive campers, and mysterious hikers, only seen by those who meant no harm. But, if one were to hunt and find a Lycan, they would discover quickly one of two things. A cult devoted to the godlike Norse being, Fenrir, or a Lycan struggling to control their beast. Vary few live amongst man, but they do exist, and in the age of quirks, they can pass of as human... most of the time. Izuku Midoriya is a pure blooded Lycan, aka, a werewolf lord, belonging to a family that despised the villainous nature of the Fenrir cults, and actively fought against them, attempting to keep the world safe from the "savages" of the Fenrir cults. They were mostly successful, but one day on an eclipse, where regular Lycan are their strongest but pure bloods are their weakest, a horde of Fenrir cultists with silver tipped spears coated in wolfsbane marched on their small pack's village, killing all the regular Lycan of the pack, and capturing the pure bloods for a ritual to summon Fenrir. Upon their discovery that Izuku was the weakest, and therefore the perfect match to balance out Fenrir's strength, they killed the only other two pure bloods in Japan, his parents. Now, Izuku is tied to a pole and awaiting his fate, unknowing that he was actually the key to stopping Fenrir.
