    Hailey is a normal, unassuming 17-year-old girl attempting to balance the pressures of her home life, school life, and church life at the same time. However, she has a super secret: by night, she is the masked vigilante superheroine known as "The Viper", a being who has been blessed with superhuman reflexes, agility, and marksmanship, who collaborates with the local police force to maintain peace in the bustling city of Mercury Heights. Everything seems well until a dangerous mercenary group known as the Crimson Skulls show up and begin executing brutal attacks against the citizens under the leadership of the mysterious Dr. Duncan Drevis, who claims to have ties to The Viper. Additionally, he plans to use a volatile substance known as the "Herculean Serum" to completely eliminate humanity's ability to feel fear. Now, it's up to The Viper to discover the real driving force behind the organization's actions, before untold millions are transformed into mindless, fearless zombies by Drevis' revolting concoction.
