"Mina, I'm a werewolf." I stared into his eyes, looking for any lies but I
saw none. All I saw is the truth. I blinked my eyes a few times and
took a few deep breaths.
"Oooookay...So.... uh.. is mom a werewolf too?" I asked. Dad clearly looked
surprised. Surprised that I'm not freaking out or pushing him away.
He cleared hi throat and let go of my hands as he messed up his hair.
"Uh..no no. Your mom is not a werewolf." Ok. So mom is not a werewolf.
So what am I? Am I a werewolf or a human?
"Dad? What about me?" I asked, still frowning. Dad chuckled and cupped my
cheek like he used to when I'm still a little girl. His eyes twinkled
in relief and proud.
"Mina dear, you are a half breed. A half werewolf."
