The nightsky ||One Piece X Oc Fanfic||

Shuli is a young girl who resides along with Luffy, left behind by their grandfather: Garp. Tried to raise them to be the most powerful marines but ended up going to the opposite way.

No one knows about shuli other than she was born in the north blue and a child that Garp brought back to his homeland; Foosha Village.

Shuli will surely help Luffy in his journey but she needs to do something else first for herself while waiting.
