They hoped to solve the mystery of Ben Button and Dilton Doiley's gruesome suicides. Jughead learns all at once that Ethel has been admiring him from afar for some time, and now plans to ascend with him so she can make him her prince in the afterlife, with the blessing of the Gargoyle King.
