Halli McFly is a try hard, from a whole family of try hards. Her father is a rock star, her grandfather is an author, and Halli prides herself in her knowledge of quantum physics and electric guitar.
The fact is, Halli is a lonely, friendless nerd. She's never been asked on a date, never been invited to a party, and is constantly cyber bullied by jerks like Amy Needles and Griff Tannen. But when a mysterious boy named Verne Brown wrecks an old DeLorean into her life, she is thrown into a wild adventure, leading only one direction----ONWARD TO THE PAST.
