Clandestine

Lucius Malfoy has his entire life perfectly planned out for him. With just two years of school left he is being primed for an internship with the Minister of Magic himself. He's Slytherin Prefect, with aims of graduating as Head Boy. He would continue on his family's legacy, and live an aristocratic lifestyle among the other pureblooded wizards that ran in his familys' inner circle for centuries now. With his father growing closer with Cygnus Black, he assumed a marriage would be arranged soon on his behalf as well. Until he jeopardizes everything. He isn't brave, but he is selfish. Selfish enough to hold onto Elizabeth for as long as he can. Had they known it would turn out this way, perhaps they would have chosen a different path. Time and time again they had the opportunity to veer off and find somewhere better to end up. Or, maybe they always knew. Of course, they had to know their story wouldn't be a romantic tale, but a tragedy through and through, because even the happiest of moments in their life were tainted now.
