                      ~ EVIN'S POV ~

Do you have and Idea's for the essay? Any direction you wish to follow?" I asked, opening up my notebook and pulling out a pen.

Forrest shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly. "Not really."

"Oh okay... Uh.. What about any dream colleges or universities? Do you have any idea about which courses you wish to pursue?"

A look of annoyance covered his face as he leaned forward against the table. "I've already told Mrs. D'Lacey that I don't have any plans for college which is why this whole thing," he waved a hand between us, "is completely useless."

"I honestly don't get why you're so against college." I said, trying to understand him.

"I have priorities, Evin-Grace, and college isn't one of them. You wouldn't understand." he scoffed.

Jude doesn't talk. He can't, even when he wants to. They don't want to hear what he has to say, and they only use their words to hurt him. So why even try anymore? Starting at a new school seems like the perfect opportunity to blend into the background, but it isn't far enough away to start over. Some people just won't let him forget about his past. The teachers don't understand. He can't tell them why. He can't say anything at all. Ross understands. Ross writes to him. Slowly, he pulls Jude out of his shell, waiting for him to say something. ----- Say Something is a story of overcoming fear with the help of friendship and love. As someone who has struggled with anxiety, I tried to do something a little different with my writing style this time by including a lot of thoughts and feelings rather than a ton of description and detail. I'd like to add that it mentions things like sex and violence but I don't plan on going into any graphic detail in this story. There is also occasional cursing. I hope you give it a chance and leave feedback for me as I post new chapters over time. Thank you so much for checking it out! Started: January 15, 2015 Completed: July 28, 2017 **COMPLETED** **ILLUSTRATIONS are being released! The illustrations chapter is private, meaning only followers can view it. Why? This is a present for my followers to show my appreciation for their support! #566 in teen fiction 8/2/17 #2 in lgbt 7/18/20 wow!

In which I fall in love with my brother's best friend. ***** "Don't pretend like you don't feel anything." His voice is low, sending shivers down my spine. "What do you mean?" "You know damn well what I mean." "I don't know what you're talking about." I pretend to ignore him, flipping some pages in my book. "Come on. I have all these assignments waiting. Aren't you supposed to teach me tonight?" "It depends on what you want me to teach." He smirks, his voice sounding even more dangerous. ***** I thought that my brother was the most popular guy in school, but as soon as I step into my university life, I realize how wrong I was. Meet Vaughn Cooper, his best friend. The guy is the epitome of every girl's dream. Godlike handsome. The quarterback. He's got the looks, and he's got the brain. Come on, he's got the scholarship to one of the most prestigious universities in the country, while I have just barely passed the entrance examination after long years of struggle during high school. How could a guy who worked that hard and deserves nothing more but adoration be labeled as a bad boy? Yeah, the answer is simple. The moment we lock eyes, I realize something as I stare into those piercing, amber eyes. He's not every girl's dream. He's every girl's nightmare. In my case, MY nightmare. Calm down, heart. "that's rich coming from a pretty boy" I narrow my eyes. "I'm not a pretty boy." He smirks standing from the desk and reaching forward twirling a piece of my hair between his fingers. "not in the traditional sense no...but you still bleed daddy's money" I reach up gripping his wrist, maybe harder then necessary; suddenly angry. "you don't know me Jasper, don't pretend you do" He sucks in a breath before leaning forward and putting his mouth next to my ear "I know you're so desperate for me, you can't fucking think straight" My breath catches and my eyes flick up meeting his not believing I heard what I did, but there's no denying it when he pushes me against his door and his lips meet my own hungry, angry, frustrated. ••• Jasper Collins is not expecting to ever step foot inside Balton's Boys School. A private behavioural school for those who can afford it, but after one too many expulsions and a scholarship opportunity Jasper finds himself stuck in a place filled with pretty boys who've done nothing worse then forget to shine their silver spoon. Beckett Chambers took on a mentorship position at Balton's to stay away from home. He could care less about status and social image he just wants to find a way out of Manning Heights and Balton's was supposed to be his safe haven until then. What he didn't expect was for his mentee to show up and make everything a whole lot more complicated. ________________________________________ Disclaimers: •This is a bXb story! •This is a LIGHTLY edited, first draft *respectful* constructive criticism is welcome🤍 Cover art: Created on Canva, unfortunately I don't know the artist who created the artwork :( Started: December 2020 Completed: December 2022 •• #1 in QueerLove -04/05/22 #1 in boysschool -05/15/22 #2 in MxM -05/05/22 #2 in Confused -05/19/22 #1 in Poorboy -09/08/22 #1 in Queer -05/08/22 #1 in Mentor -07/5/22 #1 in bxblove -09/01/22 #1 in boardingschool-12/16/22 #1 in delinquent
