Jake and Y/n have recently lost their grandfather, Abe to a hollow attack and have their entire life thrown out of whack. When Jake's therapist suggests a trip to Carnholm to 'separate fact from fiction' Y/n tags along. What will happen when the ymbrene and the older portman meet?
