Kozu Todoroki committed suicide when she was fourteen years old, the same age her eldest brother, Toya did the same.
Kakori Kitorodo is a completely different person, at least she tries to be. Kakori lives with her older brother Dabi, and the two find lost souls like themselves, and live with them, in an apartment that connects to an underground secret lair (bought with Endeavor's stolen credit card).
One day, Izuku Midoriya and Kakori decide to apply for U.A. No one was expecting them to actually get in, but they did.
Chaos, being the only constant thing in the lives of the U.A. Staff after these two, and their friend Mei Hatsume join the student body.
