Anna Gallagher is watching her world crumble from underneath her. Her father has been made unemployed, her family has been forced to move to the poorest part of town, and the future appears bleak even at the best of times. However, in the midst of this misery lies a single ray of hope for Anna - she has been recommended to attend the Liverpool Institute! This seminal moment paves the way for an incredible series of events that forms Anna's newfound optimistic attitude towards life and an urgency for living life as everyone should - on the edge! This extraordinary story began with a boy, and that boy would be Paul McCartney.

NOTE: Although I am trying hard to be historically accurate and checking my sources, some things might be slightly off, and I do apologise for that, but I think that for the most part, it's pretty accurate. Also, some things are deliberately altered/adapted for the sake of description, pathetic fallacy, etc, e.g. Liverpool Institute students actually did wear uniforms, but here, they don't, etc.

This is a fantasy adventure about the Beatles where the four friends get transported to what appears to be another world by a ring that Ringo slips on his finger and can't seem to get off. The four have only just finished playing on the Ed Sullivan show, and are dismayed by the fact they don't have the slightest idea of how to get home to continue their concerts in America. They search this new place, and finally find a small village. Though they are warned by someone they meet in this unusual village that the ring Ringo found is an important link between worlds, and that many people in this land will do anything to get their hands on it, the Beatles ignore his warning and soon meet someone they decide they can trust as a friend; after all, this new friend looks and acts just like Ringo. However, after they spend a night in the Ringo clone's shack for shelter, they are forced to leave him behind to continue their search for a way home. Yet, there is a catch. Now Ringo himself has begun to act strangely, and the rest of the Beatles are beginning to seriously wonder if somehow the two Ringos got switched. Still, if they did, how? And why? (Keep in mind that this story is completely different from anything else I have ever written. It was an experiment in the fantasy genre, and it goes in completely different and unusual directions. Unlike my many mystery filled Beatles stories of which there will probably be more, this one was most likely a one time experiment.)

20 parts Complete

Paul McCartney, as a kid, lives next to the most beautiful, wonderful girl in the whole world, the lovely Holly Marx. But she hates him with a passion, and he doesn't know how to express his love for her. Then she moves away to New York City where Paul can't reach her. Sadly, he lets her go, losing the only girl he ever loved in this way. 10 years later and he is dating the last girl in Liverpool he wants to be dating, the not so lovely Lillian. But Paul didn't expect what happens next, Holly returns. Feelings he had to hide away take over his thoughts right when he sees her riding in the train from London to Liverpool. And he ends up doing anything he can to get with the love of his life. (That boy from Paul's POV, yes I did write the same story from a different POV but it's still good. So you should read it anyway)
