Slow's Overrated

Brooklyn Pierre's world crashed when her brother died. Being an F1 legend, the cameras that were on him were now on her. Getting promoted from the lower F2 league to the prestigious F1 league was an honor, one Brooklyn wasn't expecting any time soon. There was no denying her talent, she breathed racing, she bled racing, racing was her life. But her being promoted to the big leagues meant that she was now Formula One's first female racer. She wanted this, this was her dream. But in this big world, she was lost without her brother. The only last living connection she had to her brother was now his six time world champion teammate.

Emilio Savoy was the six-time world champion. He has dominated the sport from the moment he set foot in it. No one could match him. The only one that got close was Andre. And then he died. His teammate, his friend, the best person in his life died and Emilio didn't know how to cope. The only other person that understood his pain was his sister. Brooklyn was the girl no one saw coming and he thoroughly did not see her coming.

Despite the devasting circumstances that brought them together, Brooklyn and Emilio now have to deal with each other as teammates but more importantly as two people who's lost someone important to them.

Formula One can be cutthroat. It has to be. Only 20 people in the entire world has a place in the sport. As the only female in the sport, Brooklyn has to fight harder than ever to make a name for herself, not as Andre's sister but as Brooklyn Pierre. Emilio wants to help her. He wants to get to know her, he wants to see her succeed but if that means losing to her...can he handle that? And adding feelings can only make things messier.

No matter what fate has in store for the two of them--one thing's for sure. This season will be like none other.
