My lost military man

Marilyn Cassel has been lost since she was abused by her last boyfriend. It seems like everything is falling apart, her mom is sick with cancer and doesn't have long to live, her dad died when she was 16 in the war and now the only person she has left is her brother who is leaving to go to war. Everyone she has ever loved is slipping through her fingers.
