I hate the way his formal outfits cloaked his well-built frame that radiates power and authority. They hide the true charisma he has with a veil of coldness. I hate how his curly hair falls on the sides of his perfectly long jawline, dangling as if they were shaped and cut into perfection. I hate his smile, that large grin that's enough to melt the South Pole. I hate when he calls my name. Like gentle chimes in the wind, he says it in an enthralling melody no song could imitate. His voice was the tune of the wind whipping through trees; both pleasing to the ears and warming to the heart. The one thing that gets me is his eyes. It's those orbs of electric blue that pull me in like a wormhole in time. They glimmer and sparkle every time he locks eyes with me, brighter than any star that could grace the night sky. How can anyone think logically before an inevitable end like this? I hate how much he captivates me without trying to. I hate how I'm pulled to the smallest things about him. I hate it.

Does it make my insides flutter with butterflies?

Yes.

Does it make me want to kill him?

Definitely.

Do you love him?

...

We're mates, how am I supposed to know?

"You are mine," He murmured across my skin. He inhaled my scent deeply and kissed the mark he gave me. I shuddered as he lightly nipped it. "Danny, you are mine and only mine, you understand?" Daniella Saunders had a pretty rough life. After being heartbroken and betrayed by both her father and her boyfriend, Danny moves to a small town to find the comfort of her mother. Everything is not what it seems and soon, Danny finds herself in the middle of a world she didn't even knew existed outside of fiction novels and movies. Not only does the town seem bizarre, but her senses heighten, her temper is out of control, and her hunger amplify. Throw in an arrogant, selfish, sexy, possessive player who didn't even want her in the first place, her life just seamlessly attract madness. Especially with those creepy threats coming from a "Silver Bullet", she can't keep still.
