Everlie, as conscious as ever, could feel the glare of the girl behind her head as Farrah kept talking about her life these past three years but she ignored it, giving her full attention to her best friend.
"...It was hectic at first," Farrah was saying, "Everyone was scared to go out anymore, parents locked their children inside their house and everyone was grounded. I mean, it's not like you're an animal or anything for them to lock their kids inside, right?" She chuckled, "They were praying to never see you again but here you are, in flesh. Anyways, where are you staying?"

Everlie Delaney used to be the brunette nerd with baby blue eyes three years previously.
But everything changed during that cold winter break in Freshman year and then L'Incidente came to be which exiled Everlie Delaney from town and she was to never come back but now, exactly three years later, she was back at Rosmery High. And everyone feared her, especially those who know about L'Incidente, and those are the current seniors.
L'Incidente is a touchy subject and was strictly prohibited to be talked about at Rosmery High.
It was a rule, a new one at that.
And rules must be complied.
Especially at Rosmery.

What about when people start trying to force their way in, despite her pushing them back? And how about when she gets forced to talk? All her years of carefully hiding herself in the background, staying in the shadows so no one would give her a second glance, are all being threatened. Years passed and Y/N just turned 17, however her home started to get boring. The teenager longed for friends and people around her other than her family. But they just couldn't put her out in the world. One year passed once again as Y/N decided to run away from her parents, away from captivity, away from everything. Without any help or an education 18 year old Y/N ran away to LA, One of the most successfull cities. She soon turned 20 when she learnt she could shape shift. The reason why her eyes glowed when she was still a kid. Everything seemed to be fine. She lived somewhere in the woods in a cabin where she could develope her powers which were Fire, Flying and shape shifting, she didn't know it would only get her in trouble. Dear Diary, Me and April are finally starting to hangout again! You see what happened was: I was hanging out on the rooftop of my apartment building when these men came and tried to kidnap me. I fought as hard as I could but I accidentally fell off the rooftop. However this green dude with a purple bandana saved me! He gently brought me to the ground and checked to see if I had any injuries. While he was checking, I saw April on the rooftop with some other green dudes and she was fighting off those weird men! Eventually they disappeared and the whole group came down to me and the purple guy. She apologized to me for not keeping in contact for the entire year. She said she's been training to be a fighter with the help of her friends, which are apparently mutant turtles. They all introduced each other, red is raph, blue is leo, orange is Mikey, and purple is 𝒟ℴ𝓃𝓃𝒶𝓉ℯ𝓁𝓁ℴ I don't know what it is about that guy but.... I think I might have a crush on him, or at the very least it's limerance. I mean the guy saved me so it's probably just infatuation because of that. Anyway, April said that tomorrow she's gonna take me to the turtles lair so we'll see how that goes! Maybe I can even become friends with them! Especially 𝒟ℴ𝓃𝓃𝒶𝓉ℯ𝓁𝓁ℴ..... TW: This is gonna be a pretty angsty story and it will have sad themes such as parental loss, grief, unrequited love (which gets requited...eventually), and obsession (but not too much) I'll post warnings at the beginnings of chapters for some of these themes but I hope you enjoy! My Teddy
The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" I ask, swinging my feel a little. He shakes his head shyly, his mouth not moving at all. Geez! Why do I want to hear this dude talk so much? "Okay, that's fine. I can give you a nickname." I offer happily. He looks up from his book, raising his eyebrows. I just stare for a moment. He has nice eyes. Pretty brown chocolate orbs. They remind me so much of....... "Teddy." He shakes his head immediately, frowning. "What, why not? You remind me of my old teddy bear. He was a good listener and he didn't talk much..... just like you." I say softly, tilting my head. He continues to shake his head. I fold my arms, leaning back in my seat. "Yeah, it's definitely sticking. Teddy.....It has a nice ring to it, yeah?" He sighs, the first sound I have ever heard him make. "No." . . . *Jordan* Teddy!? Seriously!? She gave me a fucking NICKNAME!? What the hell does this girl want!? I stuff my hands into my pockets, walking down the busy street. Forget about her. She's just a annoying pretty girl, she'll go away. Everybody does. She HAS to go away. *Spoiler alert*: she doesn't. Don't get close to people or they'll end up getting hurt. That's my mindset. I've been through enough of that. This girl doesn't belong in my world anyway. "I may not remember much, but I do know that I had the best time with you last night." Charlie drops his hand from his mouth and lifts his head to stare into my eyes, pushing his hair back from his face at the same time. "And I know this is awkward now, because I'm pretty sure we were both naked together in bed last night..." I choke on air, trying to dispel the imaginary object from my throat. Charlie reaches out and lightly grasps my hand; my eyes slide from our interlocked fingers to his shining pupils. "...but I still wouldn't change a single thing about it. So, I really do look forward to hearing from you later, Kaiydeen." It's like I've been taken hostage by his electric stare. I don't want to look away. I never want to look away. The busy noises of the street and the honking of the traffic fade as I lose focus, nothing strong enough to force my attention away from this boy. Finally, Archer loudly clears his throat as he flings his door open and plops into the car with a huff, breaking the trance between the two of us. I look away as I withdraw my hand from his grasp, trying to figure out what the hell just happened. This is going to be a long 6 months. ●●● Kaiydeen has always known what she wanted, more like who, but she never knew exactly how to get it. So she's complacent with biding her time until it, actually he, comes to her; no matter how long that takes. But then one day she crashes into someone she doesn't expect. Someone that has always had an eye for her, and he isn't satisfied with biding his time until she's his. But when the one person she's always wanted admits he wants her, too, she's forced to make a choice. Should she go for the boy she just met or the boy she's always known? There is some use of mature language in this story, so if your eyes are innocent and you want them to stay that way this might not be the story for you.
