A new generation of young hero's emerges  from the shadows and adventure awaits. A new teacher for camp and new friends await. Keith Kogane goes on a quest to find his brother and meets foes, friends and a new rivalry awaits him at camp. A pact was broken twice again. The quest will be difficult but they have new tech that will help or stir more trouble.
