Lightning McQueen and the gang have to work hard and find friendship and even love in the simple locals of Radiator Springs, changing its values during their stay in the small town, and becoming a true winner, and telling us that there's more to the race than just the finish line.

Mater, Ralph and Darius are mistaken for American spies with the help of British agents Finn McMissile and Holly Shiftwell, as well as some well-known characters as Kenji, Shank, Johnny Blaze, also known as The Ghost Rider, WALL-E and EVE, and The Cops of Zootopia, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde. However, a band of villains by the name of The Lemons are using a hostile camera to sabotage the race.
