Back in Railwood, what could go wrong? Well... everything can.  Cory and Jake can't keep hidden forever, they are who they are. Now with changed mindsets and stolen hearts. They don't understand why everyone thinks that they are still evil. They don't understand why they can't have normal lives. Instead they are at wits end when a mass of serial murders cause chaos in Railwood and they are all pinned on Cory. Meaning that someone is out to get him, causing Cory to have no choice but to leave. Now fleeing their hometown, Jake and the girls - Haze and Ellie tag along for the journey. However whats in store will definitely shock you... when you find out who the new serial killer is.

Railwood is a fictional town in Atlanta Georgia, it gets its name from having an old and unused railway track spread across the town. It separates the good half of Railwood and the bad half of Railwood. Cory Stevens and his best friend Jake Montgomery are from the bad side, whereas Hazel Stewarts and Ellie Williams are from the good side.
