Amber Katherine Spark is a single mom looking after her 3 year old daughter, Alice Elizabeth Spark. Follow her through life as she deals with the struggles of modern life and a child who always comes first. She was left with a child after getting pregnant in the last month of a 3 year relationship with a man named John who had an affair during their engagement effectively ending the relationship.
Amber is 22 and focused on giving her daughter the life she never had, with or without a father figure. She only focuses on the present and future and doesn't believe in romance because it failed for her. Until she meets a stranger by accident. When the mystery stranger keeps reappearing in unexpected places and gets rejected he keeps coming back.
