My name is Jade Ryder, and four months ago, I died. Not a fake death either. Heart stopped, lungs suffocated, completely dead from the HCD serum that was meant to save me. That worked out great... Before I died though, I managed to arrange a peace treaty between us humans and the Legion. With the war over, both sides are reeling and everyone is trying to find their place in worlds without war. It's not going well... not for me at least. When I came back, my memories were in shreds and I couldn't remember most of my childhood, so when an old foe arose, I was ill-equipt to stop them. I'm leaving Lexi military base with injuried and dead behind me as I hunt out the killers and my own memories. This time, I'll make sure the past stays dead, even if I have to die with them, but without my memories, every horror of my past hits harder than it did as a child and I'm struggling to get ahead of the horrors that are trying to continue the bloodshed. I don't know if I can stop them. I don't know if I can do this alone....

starcraft: dilation
everything seems to have calmed down after whatever happened the last few years. everyone keeps calling it the 'end war'. either way, the zerg attacked and killed half of the planet in a month. We've been holding out the whole time and now thier just feral. whoever or whatever was controlling them, died a few months ago. now the zerg just wonder around. they lost thier cordnitation, thier focus. in just a few short months, we've managed to turn the tide and hunt the zerg now. it's easy to whitch has been giving me a very bad feeling. now they've just become unpredictable. I've gotten used to being ambushed by a pack of zerglings, roaches, and sometimes, hydralisks. damn. I've gotten so used to hearing the gun fire that now I just stay awake at night. I've been feeling uneasy ever since the attacks stopped. thiers still the hives though. however, I strongly believe that hybrid are still in those hives. not just the small ones either. the big ones that are basicly thors on steroids. I still have nightmares of thier screams. the screams of the people who died by thier talents blades. the roars after a decimated town. it was stupid, you know. but after I got out, I hunted those....monsters. I don't know how I do it but I hunt those hybrid. thankfully, we've got people like capton Tyson and Sargent Killian. they've kept me in check for so long. I can't tell you how thankful I am for them. thier basic my parents after they found me. now, I basicly work for the planets milita. I've been everywhere. I've even had a few adventures to the infested parts of the world. god...I wish I didn't sometimes. those...things. I can't believe they used to be human. I'm happy I put them out of thier misery but still, the call was general carts. he didn't nuke them but sent bodies just to fuel the fire. so many good men and women. died or infested. guess it can't be helped. I'll make sure thier family's will know that they'll be at piece at the end of this. I hope so anyway.

The Best Kept Secret!
They say what's in the past keep it in the past but I wanted to know all about my past. It was things that I didn't know and that I wanted and needed to know! But my life turned upside down when my past is exactly what I should have left alone. Now if you ask me how it all began, I don't exactly remember but I know it started when I moved in with my grandma who I haven't met in all my twenty years of living. I have been in and out of foster homes since I can remember, living with families I knew nothing about. Being the outcast and them constantly asking me what's wrong because I simply did not speak. The only thing that kept me sane was my good grades throughout school. I got the satisfaction of doing the one thing that people kept telling me over and over I couldn't do. I stayed to myself and graduated high school with honors, getting a full-ride scholarship to any college of my choice. Of course, by having this accomplishment, it didn't make it any easier for me between my foster families. To them, I became the girl who was better than them. But I didn't care because when I turned twenty I finally got to start making my own choices. This is where I wonder if the first choice I made was the right one. The first choice I made was to go live off-campus with my grandmother during my first semester in college. I ask myself how could I be so stupid? But you will see just how stupid I was. Your name is Lexi, you needn't know you second name as it is useless now. That girl you are staring at is you, and you don't know anything because I made sure of that." The voice of which belongs to the person known as Hayley, booms through the room with a posh accent but audibly angry... Why was she angry with me? "As of now people are dying evidently people become depressed and aggressive to one and other. They all used to live in harmony and happiness, that was until the 'things started to raise. The 'things' are as you would call it zombies but of greater skill. They disguise themselves as humans yet they will not hesitate to kill you and eat you. If someone is a 'thing', automatically presume them dead, or at least soon to be dead. It will always take about 2 weeks to become fully changed, hopefully you can chop of that body part in time for the infection to stop. If you can't, put an end to your soon to be painful and horrible turn/death. These beings as I announced only a moment ago, look exactly like a human, two way to tell if they are one or not, their attitude and their eyes. They don't have emotions, only hunger and let me tell you, they will go out of their way to eat you, they will speak but it will sound different... Deformed almost. The eyes are usually the first to become infected, they become slightly red at first, as time progresses so does the intensity of the color red in the eye. The color in their eyes they once possessed, will seem dull, it will seem as if they are unfocused or unfamiliar with their surroundings. That is all I can tell you for the moment Lexi, but know their are people waiting for your arrival, and we are waiting for you to end this suffering race." Jaden has spent his entire life in Coruscants underworld, he has lived on level 1313 for as long as he can remember and has tried getting out for just as long. But things aren't so easy for people like him, to escape your crappy life you need credits. One day a Job goes badly for Jaden and he ends up injured in a part of the level he'd never been to before, however as luck would have it there were two dead Jedi just begging to be looted. Using the Jedi's outfits and weapons to get passed the republic checkpoint and to the surface, things go badly once more as before his Ship Lands all available troops are called to assist with the Civil war that had just broken out on Jabiim. Confused for a Jedi he is taken to a Ventaur class destroyer and enlisted into the clone wars. I do not own Star Wars or any references material
The Way It Is
I am not from this planet. Hell, I am technically not from this galaxy. However, that doesn't change the fact I am here now, and my job is to save what I can on this forsaken planet and what's left of its inhabitants. The problem is that not everyone wants to be saved. I know what you're thinking. You can't save those who don't want to be saved. I bloody well agree. The ones who sent me don't care what you or I think, though. All they care about is numbers. They need a certain success rate to continue to get funding for their "expeditions" and "peacekeeping" efforts. I use both terms loosely here. However, that's what they put on their records, and it's what sounds good and looks suitable to their investors. So this is the way it's going to be. So be it!
