This wasn't going to be pretty. On the contrary, when was her work ever easy in the eyes? Althea scanned the surrounding area for the enemy stand user. Her dark eyes landed on someone who was, unfortunately, easy on the eyes, Jotaro Kujo. 

Althea Thatcher is just trying to get threw life with her job as a stand bounty hunter for the Speedwagon Foundation. Her stand is named Lumineer and can temporarily severe the link between a user and the stand itself through physical touch. Lumineer can bend light into an energy shield which makes for a great defensive play.
