The Labyrinth Movie
This is the story (told by the movie) of Sarah, who wishes her baby brother away one night after having to deal with him crying. What she doesn't expect is the Goblin King to come and take him away. She sets off on a journey to save him, with only 13 hours to do so. Along the way she meets some friends, and some new enemies. This is the write up for what happened in the movie, and I am trying to keep the script as accurate as possible. Along the way I might stop and put in some side notes, point out a few things possibly missed, and so on. If you haven't seen the movie, which you should, check it out. It might be a tad old (1986) but the story is still good, and I know a lot of people who love watching it over and over again. Also, if you have seen the movie and liked it, head on over to youtube and check out CinemaSins take on the movie by watching 'Everything Wrong with the Labyrinth', I laughed so hard at all of the mistakes, and at the funny things he has said. "I will stay safe. I promise," I said, pulling back and looking her in the eyes. They were red and puffy from crying, and her face was tearstained. I dried her tears, and her sobbing slowed to a stop. She took a shuddering breath and hugged me tightly. "You promise?" Míreth said quietly. "I promise," I whispered back. I held her tightly. "When I come back, we can live a happy, normal life together. I will come back. Alright?" I hoped the word together would hit a nerve. I did. Míreth pulled back, new tears of hope in her eyes.
