Chasing Lyra

For as long as time has existed, man has explored the concept of destiny--of fate. As vampiric rule struck the land and consumed the world, man often looked to them as examples of what not to do with an earthly body. Man, always in search of answers, long envied the vampiric ability to survive the tests of time, yet pitied their absence on the list of death.

Long has it been concluded that there are three present factors that determine one's destiny. The Luck of the Heavens, the Luck of the Earth, and the Luck of Man. Combined, these factors lead one to their destiny.

This is a story about the cosmic trinity at play.
