Harry Potter was never a normal boy. His relatives thought of him as a useless freak, he could speak to animals, and the ground shook when he was angry. You my readers of course know that it was all because of magic, becasuse he was a wizard. But Harry shouldn't, Dumbledore had (tried and failed) to make sure of that. Well, mayby if he was a normal kid he would have first learned about magic when Hagrid would have arrived, but as mentioned before, he wasn't normal. Not even among wizarding kind. To have an eidetic memory apparently does have it's perks

"...And what of Modern Magic, Harry? Does it not live up to your expectations?" Harry stared at the guy in front of him, his jet-black hair and green eyes lie dormant in the dark room. Compared to the guy in front of him, whose soft silvery-white hair and iris-less blue eyes shine in the dark. "...It is a bit disappointing." He said as the guy chuckled. "Hah, it's meant to be 'balanced'. It's bound to laws that differentiate between good and evil." He says with a gleeful tone, smiling ear to ear with narrowed eyes. Harry scoffed. "Still, it's useful in a way. How about that Ancient Magic of yours? Any way we can use it to track him?" The guy nodded. "Of course, you just have to ask!" He said with a mischievous smile. Harry then nodded, before closing the book. "Good. Let's get going then. We only have a few days left." "Hehe, oh, but of course, dearest Potter~!" Harry flinched and smirked hearing that. "Heh, contain yourself, dearest Desaulniers." . . . What are the fundamentals of magic? Many seems to not know what magic truly is, even the renowned witches and wizards. Magic might be an Art, a Weapon, a Gift, a Curse, anything, really. But what magic truly is, is just that. Magic. There is no hidden context, magic is magic. Curses are just restrictions, and we know it. Magic is something that thrives of mystery. If you don't know about it, it grows stronger. Breaking From his Shackles (Discontinue and being Rewrittened)
The summer before the third year happens differently for Harry. The Harry that returns to Hogwarts is not the same one who left. Harry decides to make some changes in his life. As days turn to weeks and weeks turn to months the Harry everyone knew had vanished replaced by the true Harry that had been hidden away years ago. With the change in Harry, things happen differently than in canon. When Hermione had gotten Harry's firebolt confiscated, Harry did not get angry because he knew that Hermione was more important to him than any broom. As usual, Ron overacts at Hermione's decision to go to McGonagall about it and he gets mad at Harry for forgiving her. This incident causes a rift in their friendship because of their fight. With Ron not talking to them, both Hermione and Harry get closer to other befriending many new friends. How will Dumbledore handle being no longer willing to be controlled, manipulated, hide his true self, and act how everyone expects? What all will change now that Harry decides to take back the reigns and get control over his own life? How will the wizarding world handle their new boy who lived? Will Harry be forced to be controlled once more or be free to be who he truly is? Will the wizarding world find Harry as a threat when they see who he truly is?Complete
Finally Me (Rewrite)
Starts off just after Harry returns to the Dursleys for the summer after saving his godfather from a dementor's kiss. When Harry returned to the Dursleys he received a beating the first night back that was so bad that led to him seeing through all the Dark lord's memories. Around that same time, Sirius decides to share some information with Harry about his destiny. Along with sharing this information, he sends Harry the Potter family Grimoire and the Potter family amulet that was inside a trunk that his parent's made for Harry. After putting on the amulet Harry's looks change and all the blocks on him are destroyed. After being told his destiny and seeing through the Dark Lord's memories Harry starts reflecting on his life so far. As he reflects he can't help but wonder what his parents would think and say if they saw him. For years he had been pretending to be someone he was not, but now he finally had enough. He no longer would resend, Harry decides it is time to drop his mask completely and show who he really is completely. Now the real Harry is out and everything going to change. The Harry who returns to Hogwarts will not be the same one who left.
