U AND ME A BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY
One night , Arisha and I were sitting near the oak tree outside . Everything was clear in the light of the night. I said, " Just like this, I want to bring light for you. I want to become the light for you . " She said , " I want you to become my darkness . " I looked at her in surprise , then she said , " I want you to become my darkness , not my light . In the light , we all wear masks . The mask of happiness , the mask of being brave , but the darkness knows everything . Our tears , pain , our weakness , our fear , everything . That's why I want you to become my darkness . " I said smiling , " You know you talk very strange things . " Giving me a slight push with her shoulder , Arisha said , " That's why you like me , right ? " I started looking the other way laughing . I said , " I shouldn't have told you . Where the Black Wind Blows
A short story about an agoraphobic woman living alone on a small farm property. It follows her descent into hopelessness at her situation, as well as the increasing tension with her twin, who has been taking care of her. This is very amateur, and I don't usually do creative writing, so I apologize for any messiness or beginner mistakes.
